I am an author, a celebrated poet, and a self-care guru. I started my own self-care journey years ago while going through some of the most challenging moments of my life. I had to come to a space of gratitude, apply all the tools I used to work with others. I became a certified confidence coach. I am a born writer, my poetry has been published multiple times by different publishing companies.I have books available now on Amazon under "Timesha Conyers". Enjoy my blog, come back for weekly posts!
